For Shopify
Parcel Protect integrates directly with Shopify. Follow these steps to install the app and begin setup.
1. Install from the Shopify App Store
- Log into your Shopify admin.
- Open the Shopify App Store and search “Parcel Protect.”
- Select the Parcel Protect app and click Install App.
You can also install via the “Get Started” buttons across our website - parcelprotect.com.au.
2. Approve Permissions
Shopify will show a list of permissions required for Parcel Protect to function. These allow the app to read your order data so we can insure fulfilled shipments and handle cases and claims end to end.
Click Install and approve all required permissions.
3. Confirm Installation
After app installation, Shopify redirects you to the Parcel Protect onboarding process.
To confirm the app is active:
- Go to Settings → Apps and Sales Channels in Shopify
- Look for Parcel Protect in your installed apps
If it appears, installation is successful and you’re ready to complete onboarding.
For Wix

- Open the Wix App Store and search “Parcel Protect.”
- Select the Parcel Protect app and click Install App.

For Neto
Parcel Protect integrates directly with Neto. Our Neto integration is currently in beta, so access is by request only - contact us first and we'll enable the add-on for your account before you begin setup.
1. Request access
Get in touch with our team to request Neto access. We'll enable Parcel Protect on your account and confirm when you're ready to proceed. During the beta period, the add-on won't be visible in the Neto Add-ons directory until we've activated it for you.
2. Install from the Neto Add-ons directory
Once enabled, log into your Neto admin. Navigate to the Add-ons section and search "Parcel Protect." Select the add-on and click Install.
3. Confirm installation
After installation, Neto redirects you to the Parcel Protect onboarding process. To confirm the add-on is active, go to Settings → Add-ons in your Neto admin and check that Parcel Protect appears in your installed add-ons. If it does, you're ready to complete onboarding.
